Interdisciplinary Printmaking is a free-of-charge, one-year postgraduate study program in English. The offer is addressed to graduates of the first degree, second degree and uniform Master degree studies.

Under this program students will be able to realize interdisciplinary print media projects, chosen from the following studios: Intaglio, Relief, Lithography, Serigraphy or Creative Drawing. The program also offers lectures and workshops provided by professors or visiting artists in artists' books, installation-based printmaking, experimental printmaking, photo and digital media and new technology in printmaking classes.

In the summer semester students take part in a one-week outdoor workshop at Grafikens Hus (an international center for fine art printmaking) in Mariefred, Sweden.

The diploma exam is a set of works realized in the selected studios, presented with a diploma exhibition.

The beginning of the academic year 2014/2015: November

The postgraduate study program Interdisciplinary Printmaking is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under The Human Capital Operational Programme.

MA Study Program engages students in a variety of printmaking processes. Program participants obtain the possibility to investigate and learn methods of intaglio (etching and engraving), silkscreen printing, flatbed printing (plate and stone lithography), relief printing (woodcut, linocut) and digital printing. Students participating in the program will have an opportunity to specialize in unique practices and techniques, namely mezzotint, photo-etching, or collagraphy. The program curriculum presents printmaking in agreement with Polish traditions and artistic achievements, and encourages contemporary and experimental approaches as well.

The beginning of the academic year 2014/2015: October

All courses are taught in English.
