What is Erasmus+? Erasmus+ is the EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It has an estimated budget of €26.2 billion. This is nearly double the funding compared to its predecessor programme (2014-2020). The 2021-2027 programme places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life. It supports priorities and activities set out in the European Education Area, Digital Education Action Plan and the European Skills Agenda. ADMISSION  NOTIFICATION
Applications in prescribed form are invited for admission into the following courses of the University during the academic session-2014-15. A student can apply for not more than Three courses altogether but for each course separate application is to be made. Collection and submission of filled in application form will be from 12.05.2014 23.05.2014 between 11AM 3.30PM.


A student can apply either Online or Offline. Offline candidate can collect form along with prospectus from the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Academic Branch, Administrative Building, Tripura University, Suryamaninagar : 799022 and submit the filled in admission form in the same office. Online candidate may fill the application form in Tripura University, website: www.tripurauniv.in

Payment mode: All payment are to be made through SBI Power Jyoti Account of Tripura University. For Offline candidate the account number is 33798749977 and for Online candidate account number is 33798696060. Challan Form is available in University website. Offline candidate may fill the said challan after downloading the same and submit the fees in any branch of SBI in India. The said printed challan form is also available in the university office. Offline candidate is to produce proof of fees submitted at the time of collection of Form. Online applicant may also deposit the same amount of fees by net banking etc. Detailed information is available in university website. Fees for prospectus, form and admission test is Rs. 500 (Rs. 300 for ST/SC/PWD candidate) in total for Indian candidate and US $ 15 for foreign national. Bank charges extra.

Master Degree Programmes- Bengali, Botany, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science & Engineering, Economics, Education, Electrical Engineering, English, Fine Arts(Painting & Sculpture), Forestry & Biodiversity, Geography & Disaster Management, Hindi, History, Human Physiology, Journalism and Mass Communication(JMC), Law, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Application, Microbiology, Molecular Biology & Bioinformatics, Pharmacy, Music (Kathak & Classical Vocal), Philosophy, Political Science, Physics, Psychology, Rural Management & Development(MRMD),  Sanskrit, Sociology,  Statistics , Zoology.

Five Years Integrated Master Degree: Courses are offered in Bengali, English, Hindi, Economics, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Mathematics and Statistics.

Post-Graduate Diploma Programmes- Bamboo Cultivation & Resource Utilisation (BCRU), Kok-Borok, Rubber Technology, Tribal and Ethnic Studies.

Under-Graduate Programmes- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA),

Certificate Course- Six Months Certificate Course in Kok-Borok.

Admission Test will be conducted in the respective department for admission to the above mentioned courses (PG/UG/PG- Diploma/Certificate) failing which applicant’s candidature will not be considered for admission. The Counterfoil mark as Acknowledgement-cum- Admit Card must be produced at the time of Admission test in the respective departments. No separate call letter will be sent and no TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Admission Test.

Details of Eligibility criteria, Admission Test Norms, Date, time and venue of Admission Test, Course Structure, Admission Schedule, lists of selected and waitlisted candidates for admission etc. shall be available on the University website- www.tripurauniv.in.
